Trollhättans Stad now up and running with their new Contact Center

Now during wednesday the 1st of September Trollhättans Stad launched their new contact center with case management in flexite. The project was started in May 2021 and now four months later, the city is now up and running.

Together with a good team from Trollhättans Stad and our experienced consultants, we succeeded in a short amount of time to implement flexite with a number of integrations against separate systems and launch at the specifed date.

We thank the whole team from Trollhättans Stad for a fun and enjoyable cooperation during the implementation project.
