With e-services from flexiteBPMS users are offered a really good service and daily life is made easier for all parties involved, whether it is a local citizen, customer or internal colleague. The e-service user can easily carry out their business digitally with their mobile, tablet or computer.

 

Several types of digital signing

Our e-service supports several types of digital signing. The signing can be made with BankID, NetID, Nordea e-ID and Mobile BankID. Support is also available to connect to Google and Facebook to automatically fill in your name, e-mail, etc.

 

Feedback to the reporter

All who submit a case via an e-service automatically receives, via e-mail, feedback on the status of the case all through the process.

For the Organisation

Increased internal effectiveness

When an errand is submitted with an e-service the automatic flow of activity starts and set rules governs how the errands shall be handled. The administrator does not need to spend time on manual processing. To become more efficient, you can easily integrate flexiteBPMS with other systems, such as case management system, map features, population and land registers.

How it works

For example, application for school transport:

  • A parent applies for school transport for her child through an e-service on the municipal website.
  • The submitted assignment starts an automated process with the municipality that leads to activities, evaluation and decision.
  • Set rules in flexiteBPMS control who does what on the municipality to handle the request.
  • Parents will automatically receive feedback throughout the process.
  • When the decision is made information is automatically sent to the parent by e-mail and possible bus pass will be sent to the affected schoolchildren.

  • flexiteBPMS ensures that everyone gets access to what they should and nothing else.
  • Reporting, management, statistics and report generation, etc. is completely web based.
  • A direct link in the e-mail simplifies handling.

  • Automatic login. Everything that happens in an errand is stored in a log. The logging makes it possible to see who has done what and when for each errand.
