Simple/user friendly

Proposals can be submitted via smartphones, tablets and computers. With the mobile phone’s built-in functions, the citizens can indicate on a map, attach images and video clips and leave voice messages.

 

Open for all

It is easy to see, share, comment on and vote for other people’s proposals using any channel; flexiteBPMS has a built-in e-service and support for apps, e-mail, phone, letters, social media like Facebook and Twitter and existing e-service platforms.

 

Transparent

Those proposals that attract the most attention from the citizens through votes, posts and shares are indicated by a symbol.

Modern and good service

With flexiteBPMS you can offer a really good service, which will be appreciated by your citizens. The proposal providers can choose where and how proposals are submitted and flexiteBPMS ensures automatic feedback. All proposals can be disseminated on social media under controlled conditions.

 

Increased internal effectiveness

When an e-petition is submitted, the automated activity flow starts and set rules govern how the case is processed. The rules may, for example, be based on the number of votes from other citizens. Proposals that will be processed further, in a records management system, for example, are automatically transferred and all necessary information is included. The administrator does not need to spend time on manual processing.

 

Nothing falls through the cracks

If the predefined activity chain in the process is broken by the human factor, i.e. someone forgets to perform an action, flexiteBPMS raises an alert. Reminders are sent out. A summary of accountable parties is presented in a specific view.

How it works

  • A citizen submits an e-petition.
  • The submitted proposal triggers an automated process at the municipality which leads to activities and decisions.
  • The proposal will remain published for a predetermined period of time during which other people have the opportunity to share, add comments and vote.
  • The set rules in flexiteBPMS govern how long a proposal shall remain published, how many “likes” are required for the proposal to be addressed by a decision-making committee, etc.
  • Those who are interested in following the debate surrounding the proposal can subscribe to the comments.
  • The proposal provider will automatically receive feedback throughout the entire process.
  • All proposals can easily be shared on social media.
  • When an assessment of the e-petition has been completed, the proposal provider automatically receives feedback on the decision.

  • A standard implementation takes just one day.

  • Reporting, management, statistics and report generation, etc. is completely web based.

  • Automatic login. Everything that happens in an errand are stored in a log. The logging makes it possible to see who has done what and when for each errand.
