The reporter can choose where and how the suggestions will be submitted and flexiteBPMS ensures automatic feedback. flexiteBPMS gives you the ability to offer your reporters a positive experience.

 

Increased internal efficiency

When a suggestions is made the automatic flow of activity starts and set rules governs how the errand is handled. The rules are, for example, based on which category the suggestion belongs to. Suggestions that are to be further handled are automatically transferred and all necessary information is included. No manual intervention is required.

 

Nothing falls through the cracks

If the predefined chain of activities in the process is broken by the human factor, i.e. someone forgets to perform an action, flexiteBPMS will trigger alarms. Reminders are sent out. A compilation of responsibility are presented in a separate view.
