Process example for Recruitment
|

|
Recruitment and selection are easily and effectively made through the web-reader that contains the selection criteria demanded by the organization. The application form can be reached on the organization’s homepage or its intranet. The applicant is asked to fill in information in both required and optional fields. Which fields are required or not is predetermined for each position. The defined process flow is initiated as soon as the application is made. The application is then directed, based on the choices made in the application, to the person responsible for appointing the specific position.
In the process example specific requirements can be predetermined as the information is registered, i.e. driving license, education level or a certain amount of working experience. The applicant who does not fulfill the specific demands is automatically weeded out from further consideration and will never even reach the person who administers the final applications. Only the relevant applications are treated in the process.

In order to facilitate and streamline the appointment of new posts, an IT-support is needed in order to have the ability to decide which frames to use for the current position. flexiteBPMS can offer exactly this by letting the applicant give the information easily and at the same time be able to guarantee that the right information is registered. Inferior applications are immediately weeded out as the person responsible for the recruitment only receives applications relevant for the position.
Every application that is registered is stored in the flexite database, which makes it possible to search for a certain application that might be of interest for another position later on.
