Process example for Quality Management
The Process Example for managing discrepancies within quality includes a total managing of, for example, discrepancies for suppliers, deliveries, disturbance in production, assembly, testing, store handling, dispatch and returns. The process flow includes reporting, analysis, measure and follow-up. The flow from when a person reports something to the one responsible for it, is totally dynamic and is determined from the organization and can also be altered by the same. That way, the system reassures that measures are taken for every errand.

Reporting is done with the help of a form on the web, which is available for all employees. The forms contain a number of fields, which we have defined after long experience and with the help of our customers’ support. This guarantees that no information gets lost on the way or that a report is lost because of complicated forms. The reporter will, after each activity in the process, automatically receive feedback on the status of the report via e-mail.

The report registered is mailed automatically to the person responsible for it. Responsibility is stated by certain rules based on the organization, or on persons who are responsible for different areas such as geography, customers or suppliers. Each report will therefore be sent to the person responsible for it and will be measured and followed up.
