The Process Example for Recommendations for Improvement makes continuous improvements possible as you give the employees a possibility to give proposals and suggestions on how to improve business activity. Through a designated form on the intranet, the employees can easily give recommendations for improvements. The form can be secured through a user name or be available for all employees without a user name. A number of required questions are asked to ensure that the recommendation is forwarded to the person responsible, no matter where in the organization it was initiated. This is done to make the decision-making process easier. Naturally it is possible to attach files at the time of the registration of the recommendation. The Process Example also supports several employees to report the same recommendation, which is very common in these cases. The person responsible will deliberate whether the recommendation will lead to measurement or not and whether a reward should be given to the reporter.
