Incident Management
Managing incidences involves to take care of the incidences that occur in the organization and to pursue a systematic work for improvement. Organizations with an already working incident management see constant improvements as a natural part of their work. Working with constant improvements gives a more positive effect on competition and profitability. The need of a systematic work for improvement is also accentuated by external demands, for instance by the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards.

Process example for Incident Management
Most of the processes we have identified and automated have been processes related to some kind of incident. We have, therefore, created a Process Example for incident within working environment, environment in general and quality. Our experience from previous automating incident processes have given us knowledge to create Process Examples containing connections between event and cause relevant for any kind of activities, unlike other market solutions. The Process Example is based on high cost-efficiency with complete process automation.

The process flow contains activities for registration, analysis, measure and follow-up for total control over the organization’s incidences. Registration is performed through simple forms on the web where the responsible person is informed via an e-mail, which contains a direct link to the report in order to make decision. After a predetermined number of days a follow-up is made in order to secure the result from the activities carried out. Feedback is delivered via e-mail to the reporter of the incident after every activity in the process. Periodical statistics for the incident process is automatically sent to the persons responsible for analysis.
