Occupational Injury Report
Process example for Occupational Injury Report
After identifying and automating several processes for occupational injury report, we have learned that they are fairly similar. We have created a Process Example for occupational injury report adapted to the standardized form for occupational injury report supplied by the Social Insurance Office (SIO). The process handles inputs in the web-forms, which are based on the information that The SIO requires. The fields that are required to be completed are well-considered to enable good statistics by cause and consequence that are relevant for all kinds of activities. A process flow containing registration, analysis, measure and follow-up helps the organization to create one or several activities regulated in order for the employee to go back to work as soon as possible. After a predetermined number of days, a follow-up of the report is made in order to secure the result from the activities carried out.

The Process Example for occupational injury report secures that the organization handles injuries in an efficiently and timesaving manner. By an automated flow, the organization will be able to direct the process as well as it simplifies the administration of every incident. No report is neglected or forgotten and there is a certain definition of what everyone is responsible to perform for each activity in the process.

The completed forms, containing the obligated fields from the SIO form, secure that all information that is needed for handling an occupational injury report is well documented and stored in the flexite database. Stored information about registered occupational injury reports can be printed in PDF directly on the SIO form at any time.

The completed fields in the forms, together with the ones from the SIO form, give a solid ground for analyses of causes and consequences. Withdrawal of statistics, in the forms of diagrams, tables, reports, etc, can be done in the integrated applications that flexite provides.
