Education - An introduction to BPM
An introduction to BPM (Business Process Management) direct to process owners and decision makers within companies and public sector. The purpose of the education is to learn how to optimize, automatize, analyze and improve processes in only a few days. No previous knowledge is needed. The educations is executed in a simulated workshop where a process is methodically modelled and optimized, and then automatized, analyzed and improved with flexiteBPMS.
The education shows the main benefits of BPM; increased productivity, increased effeciency, decreased time of work in the processes, insight in keyprocesses in real time, a common way of working that is easily changed and the oppurtunity to continously improve and optimize business processes. Starting in may 2009 Flexeuropes educations for administrators in flexiteBPMS changed into two educations where administrators can choose to attend one education - Process optimation, including methodology and process, the other education - Administration, including structure and statistics, or both educations. If you only want to attend Education 2 - Administration you have to have equal knowledge to already attending Education 1 - Processoptimatization.

Both educations direct to existing administrators. The educations is based on newest version of flexiteBPMS, but the main part of the educations is of course relevant also for users of previous versions of flexite.
