Purpose
The purpose with education is to learn how to optimize, automatize, analyze and improve processes in only a few days.
Content
The education is held in a simulated workshop where a process is methodically modelled and optimized and then automatized, analyzed and improved with flexiteBPMS.
The education shows the main benefits of BPM; increased productivity, increased effeciency, decreased time of work in the processes, insight in keyprocesses in real time, a common way of working that is easily
changed and the oppurtunity to continously improve and optimize business processes.
